CFBISD requires all volunteers to complete a background check prior
to volunteering at school functions or on campus. 

1) Visit cfbisd.edu/community/volunteer first to complete
the “District Volunteer Application” and select the campuses
you’d like to support in 2025–2026

2) Fill out Volunteer Form:

Work alongside other parents to help set up, coordinate food/drink
donations for events, and clean up special events at the school
like teacher appreciation breakfast along with other events throughout the school year. 

Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) is one of the nation’s largest and

most respected school-based, family, and community engagement organizations.

Since the program’s creation in 1998 (and implementation at Rosemeade in 2014),

more than 6,450 schools across the country have launched a Watch D.O.G.S. program

of their own. Special to Rosemeade families, is a program highlighting the Moms,

Super M.O.M.S (Moms of Magnificent students).

This program is open to Rosemeade fathers, mothers, grandfathers,

grandmothers, step-fathers, step-mothers, uncles and aunts who can

volunteer to serve at least one time a year. Duties include activities

such as shelving books in the library, reading to littles, car line

help, recess and lunch help, making copies for

teachers and other volunteer opportunities!

Volunteers will also get a picture with your kids for the yearbook,

and get your picture posted on our bulletin board for the school year.

Watch D.O.G.S. and Super M.O.M.S. can sign up to help during the school day on Wednesdays

or sign up to help with the car line any school day morning from 7-7:30am.

 2026-2027 Theme: What My Culture Means to Me

The Reflections contest occurs every fall.  It has been a staple arts program in many schools
for over 50 years. Through the efforts of our local PTAs, millions of students have
found a creative outlet in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature,
music composition, photography, and visual arts. With positive recognition as the
focus of this program, rather than competition, students of all ages and abilities can
experience the benefits of creative expression and help in finding their own voice in telling
their unique story. Started in 1969 by Mary Lou Anderson, then Colorado PTA
President, Reflections has grown to be one of the largest nationwide programs
of its kind, with more than 200,000 students participating annually.
